Cultural Parameter Description	Policy
Working time expectations	Resolve incidents within business hours or wait until tomorrow I expect you to stay atleast until 20:00 if there is an unresolved incident Stay until 24:00 if there is an incident Don't leave the company before 3 in the morning if there is an incident
Documenting systems and procedures	Don't waste time on documentation, let's do the work Do some basic documentation, but don't let incidents occure! I expect you to document your systems I will cut off your throats if I see systems that are not carefully documented!
Working time	The union guys will kill me if they see that you are working more then 8 hours! There should be a reasonable balance between work and private life You can go earlier whenever you think it is necessary, but make sure the systems are running I expect you stay here until the work is done! There is no place in this company for non-performing team members
Learning time	I expect you to dedicate your time to the job! It's ok to read the system documentation, but stay focused! Take yourself some time to learn about the company and useful new stuff I expect you to keep informed about the company environment and your subject area
