  Your current projects are advancing according to the resources you assign to them and according to the skills of the resources.

  Incidents (failures or applications or systems) are special situations where additional resources are allocated to keep the end users from complaining. You have to make sure that incidents are resolved as soon as possible to reduce the damage to your company.
• Motivation:
  The project work is going to go faster if all team members are highly motivates. A hard line on working time (Culture & Policies), frustrated users, frequent incidents or operational systems and little learning time will negatively influence the motivation of your people.
• Learning & Skills:
  Your employees are improving their skills according to the project phases they are working on. Also, you can send employees to specifc courses to improve their skills.
